Introduction to the International Regulations for Preventing Collision at Sea (IRPCS)

This is an introductory course to the IRPCS (also known as ColRegs or the rules of the road). It is aimed at students who are new to the industry with no prior knowledge of the subject and is designed to give you a good foundation at an introductory level.
